1. General provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) has been prepared in accordance with Clause 2, Part 1, Article 18.1 of Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”) and defines the position of Individual Entrepreneur Ildar Gambarovich Yamaev (OGRNIP: 325028000007230, registration address: Bashkortostan, Ufa, Naberezhnaya reki Ufy 45-140) and/or his affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) in the field of processing and protecting personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”), ensuring the rights and freedoms of individuals, including the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality.
2. Scope of application
2.1. This Policy applies to Data obtained both before and after this Policy comes into force.
2.2. Understanding the importance and value of Data and ensuring compliance with the constitutional rights of citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries, the Contractor ensures reliable protection of Data.
3. Definitions
3.1. Data refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual, including but not limited to:

- first name;
- patronymic;
- registration / mailing address;
- email address;
- phone number.
3.2. Data processing means any action (operation) or set of actions performed on Data, with or without automation, including:
- collection;
- recording;
- systematisation;
- accumulation;
- storage;
- clarification (updating, modification);
- retrieval;
- use;
- transfer (distribution, provision, access);
- depersonalisation;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction of Data.
3.3. Data security means protection of Data against unlawful and/or unauthorised access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions.
4. Legal grounds and purposes of Data processing
4.1. Processing and protection of Data by the Contractor are carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Law, the Labour Code of the Russian Federation, by-laws, and other federal laws and regulations governing Data processing.
4.2. Data subjects processed by the Contractor include:
- customers and website visitors of https://ildarppcspecialist.com, including for placing orders and receiving services.
4.3. The Contractor processes Data for the following purposes:
- fulfilment of legal obligations under Russian law;
- Customers, for the purposes of:
- providing information about services, promotions, and special offers;
- improving service quality;

7.1. The Contractor applies legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect Data.

8.1. Data retention periods are defined by processing purposes and legal requirements.
8.2. Data is destroyed after retention periods expire unless otherwise required by law.

9.1. Data subjects may contact the Contractor for clarifications regarding Data processing.
10. Online Data processing
10.1. The Contractor processes Data received via the website https://ildarppcspecialist.com, phone, email, and contact forms.
10.2. Data collection
Data may be provided directly by users or received through communication channels.
10.3. Automatically collected information
Non-personal technical data such as cookies and analytics may be collected.
10.4. Data usage
Data is used strictly for declared purposes with user consent.
